So seriously after 2 months SDS still has not said a thing to anyone about the Squad not Found issue? I ended up creating a second Xbox profile and playing on there but I had pulled Trout, several other decent cards and not to mention the freebie stuff I got for pre purchasing the Jackie Robinson edition.

If anyone gets a fix for the unhandled exception error when trying to enter Diamond Dynasty please post it. If I was able to get into it at all it was the 1st day I had the game. I don't remember if I got it in or just played moments (which I am able to do every time). I can open packs and play moments but every, and I mean every, time I click Diamond Dynasty it gives me the freakin' Unhandled exception error. Based on what I see in this forum there are plenty of people who are playing Diamond Dynasty but I don't know what to do. I don't know whether to un-install the game and re-install it (and if I do do I lose all accumulated stubs and cards) or what. I have a PS4 if that helps.

I can’t say about losing the stuff on the PS4, I uninstalled and reinstalled on my Xbox One X and I still had my stuff...just had to sync with the cloud. It didn’t do anything to help with not being able to get in to DD though.

I just sent in another ticket in regards to the Squad not found issue. I haven’t been able to access Diamond Dynasty since about April 20. Sent my first ticket in April 25 and never heard anything from them.

Has anyone had a fix or a reply yet? I’ve tried getting a hold of support but to no avail as I imagine many of you have as well. Trying to stay patient and not get irritated by this really sucks.

Had a ticket in for over two weeks, no action. Only reply was asking me if I linked my account - that was 10+ days ago.

I have not seen any replies to this issue here the subreddit or on twitter to any of the others that are having this occur.

I'm now at ~17 days of not being able to play anything related to diamond dynasty. Got lucky and pulled Trout during early access and now I am massively behind, not to mention all of the content /rewards I have missed out on.

Same here...I haven’t been able to play for a couple weeks and I have a few Diamonds and a couple of the 42’s including Trout, Thomas, Martinez and others. Pre Purchased this game and bought some stubs and SDS can’t even address this issue or get back to people that have submitted tickets, bugs or feedback.

When all this started, I would receive the “unhandled server” message every once in a while but now it acts as if though my account doesn’t even exist. When I try to log in to DD it says “squad not found” and when I try the website, it’s got no info on my team either. Has anyone else seen it happen like this? Is it a server issue or something else?

Does this seem like a server issue? I have 2 accounts on my Xbox and one will log in to Diamond Dynasty but my main account that I’ve been building will not. It continuously tells me “squad not found”. Help!! Not sure if this is just a server issue or if it is something more.
