Basic supply and demand. You tighten up the inventory and you have the same demand or more, prices will become inflationary.

I haven't bought the game yet, just seeing if it's worth the money spent. I'm a NMS guy and flipping cards is how I drive stub revenue. I'm not sure how that I like this by SDS. I wouldn't think it would have a serious affect on NMS guys. I may wait it out on the sidelines for a month to see how all this transpires.

I don't believe that SDS did this to make any certain player or collection unattainable then the game itself would be impossible and they wouldn't be selling copies. I think they made it a little more challenging but I think people were using the market as if it were their own personal Walmart or Costco and I think SDS is trying to curb that somewhat IMHO.

Excited for a new game, but that is where it stops, probably wait a little while to see if my biggest complaint has been somewhat fixed, the bat to ball mechanics(gameplay). Not looking for perfection, not even looking for being it 50% better, maybe 10-15% better. Kinda having to lower my expectations a bit.

WBC is amazing. I never really stop to think about all the phenomenal talent that exists outside of the domestic, Latin and Asian markets.

Hearing that gameplay/hitting mechanics has gotten better.

Still playing, finally got Ely from extreme program several weeks ago. Blew through some stubs about a month ago bought Spooky Dominguez and Finest Rameriz just to see how I like them. Rameriz is amazing and Dominguez is good from the left side but so-so from the right, I would have expected a monster card for his price, his speed and fielding are nice though. Other than that don't really have that much time to play anymore just a game here and there.

Not sure I'll get 26 unless there is a night and day difference in gameplay. Ill wait to see what people have to say. My hopes aren't that high tough.

I get both sides of the argument, he carries [censored] ton more baggage then most that found their way into trouble, I do lean towards letting him into game. He's not going profit off of it being dead. He's estate would though.

I get everything you say. Someone like Puckett most people who play video games I feel will be like, oh cool, Kirby and play him not stopping to think about any allegations just because he is a legend. Someone like Rose okay, I get it there is obviously way too much baggage with him. I think it would be the same for the steroid era players that people will oh cool, look at what I got and use their cards. I assume it's scant minority that complains about such players while the majority can careless. Maybe I'm wrong.

I believe they need to continue putting legends that have been ostracized by baseball in the game, Pete Rose for one maybe not the ones that are still alive that had/having issues with domestic violence or other issues with the law but steroid era, and legends that have passed away particularly the ones that have passed away, we can still honor their greatness on the diamond, we can't throw the baby out with the bathwater. I know there are NIL issues as well, how about as much as SDS is able too.

Actually @trevnation7187_xbl at this point and time as sad as it is and as abhorrent as your actions are it's now become more of a indictment on SDS then it is about you. Sorry buddy you are pretty irrelevant now. Most of the blame should be on SDS for not shutting this thread down as fast as it was started, shame on you SDS. I know I'm i n the minority I'm going hold back purchasing this year's edition, to me no action taken on this abhorrent thread to me means nothing has changed. I'm fan of 9 inning mini seasons, if you don't want to play 9 innings then play 3 you have the option.

As far as the lady that was hired , I can personally careless who they hire as long as they can fix the gameplay issue. Asian, white, black, Latino or otherwise if they can fix the gameplay in this game they'll be a hero in my book.

I would never buy stubs. Absolutely no value in them at the price point they are selling them for.

I haven't been keep up a lot with what's going on with '26. So in saying all of that is it possible that it will be more expensive for this year's addiction... sorry I mean addition...then in previous years? Are they going the route of a dreaded dumpster fire mobile baseball game that this time I'll keep nameless that I loath and try to force no money spent guys to put some skin in the game?
