IMHO, the grind is enjoyable but the gameplay can make it frustrating. Forget online multi-player. Better off just paying the stubs for the players on the multi-player XP Path if you really want them. It's cheaper than having to buy new controllers.

Playing.some play it back mini season on veteran, the pitching is brutal. Pitchers can't find the zone and on the rare occasions when they do it's dot city around the edges. Completely unplayable, absolutely not fun, continously walking and then get a pitch dotted on the outside or high inside or down outside edge. Not to mention when you make contact got bronze players that become like Usane Bolt and blaze to an out of reach fly ball and make an impossible diving catch with a 60 something fielding. Come on SDS loosen the game up a little. Make it a little more playable. Simply brutal. Hanging it up for the evening not worth the frustration, hopefully tomorrow it'll be a little better. Won't hold my breath

I have been keeping track looking for some sort evidence of server issues. It's little more difficult on online DD because there more variables like lag from internet issues, which could mask server issues. I am not one to say that SDS's servers are trash because I don't know anything about their servers. But from 5 to around 8 est on DD offline gameplay is really good and about around 9 or so to about when I turn it off
for the evening which is around 11 gameplay sucks and this is offline DD. So take that for whatever it's worth. One thing to remember about playing DD online, SDS says it is going to fix the bat to ball physics so evidently something is broken with that. So in saying that it doesn't make a bit of difference if there is no lag in the game play if the bat to ball physics is broken, the swing timing will be off regardless if your bat is on the ball with good timing. Which will be like hitting with a wet pool noodle. Exit velocity will be less then expected and more foul balls.

I think the Orioles will make a couple huge pitching aqusitions. Ya hear me Giolito and Cease, it's not bad in Baltimore as long as you stay around the harbor.

I'm not opposed to them, but commentary definitely needs to be freshened up. Either by different commentators or freshen up with new commentary from Boog and Chris. Its the same ole ole for the past several years it's getting really stale.

No, I mean while they are doubling up on some endgame cards, they should give Griffey a 2nd card that is an endgame and Brock and/or another card that's being neglected a 99 in the Retro Finest collection to combine with the very easy to obtain retro finest voucher for Bautista.

I wonder if they should have expanded the Retro Finest collection to put a end game Griffey and maybe Brock in with the voucher.

TA was definitely a dud. I was left wanting more after getting the voucher maybe then using that player somehow in TA.

Online play, I haven't played it very much so I can't comment to much on it other than they need to remove the lewd pictures, icons and names. It's rated for everyone and I am going move on from this paragraph on that note.

I feel that gameplay in offline what I play all the time is bad. The ball to bat physics was atrocious. Gameplay was extremely inconsistent. The dotting by common, bronze and silver players was extremely annoying and got to be unplayable at times. I know they are going to rework the gameplay and ball to bat physics for next year. I hope they make good on their promise.

Legend pool was good except for the left off legends and the whole Ozzie debacle. Other it was solid.

I felt that the 99 dump happened way too soon, it made the game feel very stale very quickly.

Did we really need 2 99 Ketel Martes or 2 of any 99 player? How about the 99 Brian Reynolds who is considered a meta player but in real life far from it.

For those two reasons and also the reasons @TheBigPapa55_PSN have stated. I'm not for it being ported to PC. I can sort of understand where the counter argument lies but I have to agree to disagree with the counter argument. The cheating will be through the roof that's what I am more concerned with, is how SDS will handle that. Cheating will always be an issue but it's how game software companies handle the cheating. I'm hoping SDS has a plan, recent history is not in their favor, we shall see. Otherwise, whether I'm for it or not, which I'm not, they're going to move in the interest of their shareholders not me the consumer.

Finest Crochet is really good, used him yesterday evening. Finest Skubal, is good once you figure out the pitch mix but that fast wind up kills me every time. I want to like him but with that fast wind up I have control uses with him. So right now he's riding the pine.

When you get him and I hope you do, you're going to want him in every one of your lineups. He's a freaking monster especially from the left side.

I use players that I want to try out at first base. It's kind of like my experimental position. I actually like Mike Cuddyer and Eric Hosmer HRDX card at first base. I like their swings. IMHO, complete the neon TA collection and get Gehrig. That card is fantastic. One of my favorites.

I realized over this weekend I'm not good not great but just okay at this game. I have a really demanding (pays really good) job, I'm going to be taking over production director duties at my church at the first of the year meanwhile I'm revamping their CG (propresenter 7) laptop to bring them up to date on their lyric slides and motion backgrounds.

Pro Presenter doesn't take THAT long. I can usually build a whole show for our Kids Church about 40 minutes each Sunday.

Last church I was with, I was the production director for one of their campuses, I was able to put builds in about 15 minutes drag and drop, change the arrangement and move on with my day. With this new church, confidence had to be redone, nothing was linked to anything, I'm starting with not much of a song bank, so each song needs to be built out which I use CCLI, needs to be reflowed, arranged according to multitracks and a motion background. With putting in the message in it takes about 45 minutes to an hour but I created some templates so as the song bank fills up, time doing builds will decrease.

This is the only MLB sim and they still haven't got that right lmao. I mean god [censored], Tap Sports even figured that out before SDS, and they were a [censored] mobile game for crying out loud.

Don't get me started on Tap Sports. It's unbelievable that were able to figure anything out. The curveball in Walkoff Hero that could never be hit. That was the only mode I played. Cheating and hacking were rampant in that game. That's why I stopped playing it, it plain out became unplayable and became expensive especially when they decided to devalue the gold.

Rookie mode is unplayable it should be taken out as an option at this point. Veteran is my happy spot when I play but some games it gets ridiculous with the things in my op.
