I'm having the same problem when I play on my Switch. I get my experience when I play on my Xbox, but nothing towards the Spring Cleanup or FOTF program prior. I've contacted SDS multiple times, and they haven't been able to give me any explanation. I get the standard responses in the emails. It's very frustrating.
