Everything they’re doing is catering to the online crowd. The only real changes they make for offline people are things meant to bring them to DD, their online hub.

I’d have more respect for SDS if they just got rid of franchise mode and came clean about DD being the be all and end all of their vision.

I don't remember it ever yielding 3-4k. Its always been a few hundred stubs. Also the fun aspect is the close game you played.

Yeah I pretty much don't know what I'm talking about. You are right. I was probably mixing up XP with stubs in a frustrated moment of losing. Just having a hard time figuring out how to gain stubs in an effective manner.

Once roster updates begin happening it will become very very easy.

I’ve had some success grinding my ballplayer and selling perks/equip. Lots of exp too.

Also, I matched up with a team who had Francisco Lindor as a Starting Pitcher in mini-season. This might sound cool, but it shouldn't happen. It kills the integrity of the mode.

They need to put the water works home run celebration in at Kaufman stadium.

Boy I sure sound whiney when I re-read what I wrote while bummed after losing last night. This is my point: Salvy is my favorite player in baseball right now, and he will be one of my all-time favorites when he is done. There is no situation where he deserves 125/125 contact/power attributes (same with Adalberto last year). Those maxed out attributes should be reserved for people like Hank Aaron in his peak season, or maybe peak Jimmy Foxx or Willie Mays or Babe, and maybe a FEW other modern players. Trea Turner would still be an amazing option with contact around 112-114 vs lefties, but 125? That should be peak Tony Gywnn or Ted Williams, and maybe a FEW others ever. Keep the game more balanced and somewhat based in reality, as well as keeping user input/skill important by minimizing the number of player cards that have max or near max attributes in any hitting or pitching category.
