SDS incompetence at its finest here: you’re screwed unfortunately. It’s happened to me, you must restart the season

@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS resentful really isn’t the best word. Disappointed. If you look at my previous posts/comments, I’ve directly praised the game when it actually is fun and you avoid awful mechanics

The last weekend classic I genuinely enjoyed. This post here is to give SDS the heat they deserve for literally false advertising pre-launch

@ryguy034753_XBL agree which is further strengthens my point about how scummy it is of them to directly say it was removed. They no longer deserve our money

@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS I don’t care about a response at this point. My reasoning is to express how pathetic it is that this company directly advertised that this mechanic was removed pre-launch to boost sales.

And that was obviously a lie. So I’ll continue to respond to Joe when they keep releasing updates that don’t address what they mislead their community about.

If shrinkage is not removed next year I simply will not buy this game.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN all those conversations for nothing huh Joe? Seem like the Development Team has 0 clue how to fix shrinkage?

Of all the years I’ve played this game, this year has by far produced my best pack luck.

Agree and I get it.. ridiculous that our online experience is still dictated heavily on the connection we have with our opponents. Can we please get some type of ping or connection indicator? I believe this was a thing back in 15 or 16

@Ditka06_MLBTS to get a feel for the connection and if you’re the home team, when you’re on the screen to choose your starting pitcher, scroll through the rotation

Meaning, when you start scrolling with the d-pad arrows…is there noticeable input lag? If yes, you’re likely the away team on a bad connection.

If no input lag or hardly any, odds are you’re the home team

Mission accomplished. Hit 6-0 but no good pulls from my Live Series or Chase packs

Still a nice chunk of stubs and overall? Can’t believe it but I enjoyed those 6 weekend classic games. No shenanigans outside of a few warping pitches in game 4

Although I’ve been rather pessimistic lately about 26, I will say, my 4th Weekend Classic game was one of the most electric games I’ve played in a long time.

Despite some warping pitches for both sides, my opponent and I had an amazing back and forth game that led to a 10-9 victory for me to hit 4-0 in the Gold 2 division

Looking to go 6-0 later tonight

My Cityscapes mini season just glitched out on me and wouldn’t progress past game 14.

Not sure if ARPGs are your thing, but Diablo 4’s latest expansion and season is amazing

@SDS_JoeK_PSN well, all that internal conversation to essentially tell your fanbase to deal with the mechanic. What a joke.

I love how the patch notes mention that timing effects PCI size…as if you’re telling your players they don’t know what good timing is and how shrinkage still is a joke

I provided an example above of shrinkage on a good timed swing and there’s no reason for a swing and miss on that…only a broken mechanic such as PCI shrinkage is to blame

You all sat there and said it was removed as a last ditch effort to boot sales, and now (poorly) defend the mechanic being in the game

What a joke

Diablo 4’s latest expansion drops in a few hours and I couldn’t be more thankful

@MadDogTannen777_XBL I mean I’m not a software or video game programmer, they are, should be on them to figure that out. Some sort of program that can identify a players who is using 3rd party software

Sad thing is, I guarantee SDS doesn’t have the resources to combat this. So what will happen? We’ll see nothing done. This company no longer deserves anyone’s money in my opinion

There was a post about this on Reddit that promptly got removed by moderators

SDS should be thoroughly embarrassed and their license to produce this game should be revoked

They literally will not do anything about cheaters because they’re too incompetent to do so

Couple that with their actions showing they do not care about their community, this franchise is cooked

How can SDS be proud of online gameplay? Or even this game in general this year? In my 10 years of playing this game, this is the worst iteration of The Show since 2018.

From content to gameplay, this has been a terrible start

I find it funny that your first Legends and Flashbacks Collection Reward is going to be impacted by this senseless, broken mechanic that you refuse to acknowledge at this point.
