On the other hand Miggy and Pujols are wildly popular with the community and I can see them being back sooner than later. Much like Andrew Miller who was only gone for a year after retirement.

Used Pedro to knock out K’s with Cy young, Dominican, Red Sox IP and K’s with any pitcher. It didn’t register for Cy young winner. Seems like a glaring oversight.

Barry Bonds isn’t in the MLBPA’s licensing agreement. He’s in the union. He controls his own licensing though. So getting his rights is an entirely different set of agreements and negotiations that SDS would have to go through. It’s more of a headache than necessary.
The show had Cobb and Williams rights but lost them. I’d assume the family wanted a significant chunk of change to re-up the rights and agreement. Also, what does Williams being a veteran have to do with anything? Most players in that era served in some capacity.
Clemens is the most likely to be seen, especially if they keep running with the Jeter theme. (even as a Yankee fan I think those have run their course) But the Jeter storylines have only scratched the surface of the Yankee/Red Sox rivalry. And gives them a massive chunk of players they can add.

@Capt-Clutch-2K24_PSN because no one would use anyone else besides Waldron as an SP for the rest of the year. He’d be a 99 ovr knuckleballer with an insanely high H/9, K/9 and pitch clutch. They had to exclude him.
@bostondirtdog21_PSN I’m pretty sure the general idea was to help out people doing all time team builds because the bullpens are atrocious for most teams. I think it becomes an even trade off between “do I use the double boost” or “do I use the low ovr boost and have a useable theme team bullpen”
Because the low ovr boost makes a 79 a 99? For the love of god don’t do the program if you’re going to act like an entitled child because you didn’t get something you wanted.

You’re playing an event where the maximum total reward is issued after 15 wins. You got 6 of those in your 4 hour endeavor. I’m sure you had a handful before that. So you’re either looking for a handful more, or you’re needlessly grinding an event after completing it.
Plus it’s an event. Your W/L record literally doesn’t matter.
Would this idea be feasible without being abused? For example SDS still dictates who the captain is, and what the theme for said captain is, but they allow the user to decide what attributes they boost at each tier, and how much.
