@CzarNikolai And it never will. A combination of they don't care/don't have people who actually know how to work an app. For the same issue to be ongoing for 3+ years is absolutely insane. I accepted that it will never be fixed and they are play with that

Deleted the app. Re installed the app. Made sure notification settings were all on for the app as well as the phone. Still not getting notifications

Yes, it still doesn't work. Like I said, it hasn't for now 3 straight years. Whatever the issue for others was isn't my issue

For the third straight year now, notifications do not work for this app. Been through 2 phones (Samsung Galaxy ultras) during that span, didn't work on either. Every other app I've ever had never had issues with notifications. Last 2 years you couldn't fix the issue, so not expecting it to be fixed yet again

Not true. Still, 2 years later, notifications don't work on Android. 4.0.4 did not fix anything

I haven't received notifications since the start of 22. Just got a new phone today so through 2 phones still same issue, so it's not their lazy excuse saying it's the phone that's the issue. Sds refuses to fix this as they don't care about their customers

They couldn't figure out the issue last year, they won't again this year. They have no idea what they're doing and don't care

Of course not. 10 months later and they still haven't been able to fix the issue. Each time they are chatting with me they eventually just stop talking because they can't figure out the issue. They're useless

I've put in a ticket 3 times over the past 5 months and never heard back and obviously issue never fixed. So putting in for a ticket is just a waste of time

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do. I've had the issue since the game came out and they couldn't fix the issue. They tried and then eventually gave up and ignored my messages. Don't waste your time with them

The most recent version, 2.1.4. I am allowing notifications for the app through my phone settings as well as the settings on the app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra

A month later and no response or fix. I opened a ticket and they never got back to me. Sad that I can't use their app and they refuse to help

I have all notifications in the companion app turned on, made sure notifications for this app on my phone (Galaxy s22 ultra) are turned on, and uninstalled twice now hoping it would fix the issue. Unfortunately no matter what I do or what settings I have on, I get zero notifications on the app. It's becoming rather useless for me now
