I get why the guys at the top of Ranked are fed up with cheating. Though most of us aren't matching up with the same people they are. I want SDS to keep going after it, but I'm guessing catching cheaters is a little harder than Twitter CCs makes it sound. I'm more annoyed at the actual people cheating in the first place, and believe SDS is truly trying. Like it's a video game, cheaters need to get a life and you know, stop cheating.

But what gets me is hearing the same creators complain about competitive integrity while promoting third-party stub sites and/or doing the WBC glitch. I brought it up on Twitter super respectfully and YFK blocked me. Dude couldn't handle the power of my 20 followers.

I'll say what I always say. Majority of streamers are pieces of [censored] when you peel back the fake facade they push trying to get viewers. How an absolute low life like YFK got so many followers absolutely blows my mind. Kind of speaks volumes about the society we live in. Streamers and cheaters have really made online gaming miserable. I've been online gaming since 2002 with Socom (greatest game ever 2 and then 1).

For the record I don't think anyone is legitimately hitting over 400 on legend. I even think the high 3's are super sus. Would be super easy to turn the cheats on and off and maintain a 350 average winning majority of games. One guy has 425 hr's in 598 ab's. Even the person hitting .356 has 123 hr's in 252 ab's.

Looks like SDS lost their integrity along with every other game and Sony and Microsoft. I blame Sony/Microsoft the most for the way online gaming is. It is a cesspool of scum. I always say that Sony/Microsoft should have stopped this stuff years ago. I find it hard to believe the cheat device devs are smarter than people at Sony/Microsoft.

Haven't seen this yet. Majority of away online games at Coors or did I miss someone posting that? That and switch hitter meta really made the game stale with lack of diversity.

Streamers do it all the time.

Go watch Call of Shame and how many COD streamers he has evidence on. Same thing with Zeus for Apex. Streamers by far have the most incentive to cheat.

The thing that I noticed for YFK and Littleman is the swing feedback when they hit bombs.

It is always the exact same precisely placed location with the center dot just below the ball with the exact same amount of space between the ball and the cursor.

It is so precise every time it isn’t possible for a human to replicate it consistently.

Winner winner chicken dinner. You'll never convince their simps of that though. Peel the layers back truthfully and you'll see the majority (not all) streamers are garbage people that have to cheat to make them look elite. Society is cooked. Can we go back to the 80's/90's?

That's just one that didn't even try to hide it. Would be so easy to fool people by spreading out your HR's and turning the device on and off. Gee, kind of like some streamers I know.

It's a principal thing. I quit all the time because I usually don't care. However, when you ask for a friendly because you are a [censored], give up a run and the game magically freezes it certainly feels intentional. I am not giving in to what I feel was an intentional freeze so we will sit here until the WC classic ends and I'll just play single player GTA when it comes out so I don't have to match against the absolute clowns that play in the online world these days. This includes the many online cheaters games have these days. This generation of kids is a flat out joke.

Sweet 28 hours into the freeze off because my opponent is too soft to take an L. So, looks like my WC lasted 1 2/3 innings. I refuse to give this guy the W. If I was losing I would've left right away.

When does WC end so I can play my Xbox again? Been playing PUBG on the PS. Looks like with WC you can either play lower rank and they quit when you get ahead or higher rank and deal with pathetic cheaters and freezers.

I just froze first game in the 800's in WC. Guy sent a friendly, didn't respond. Hit a HR in 2nd and shortly after I magically freeze. I have not had a freeze on Xbox all year. Interesting.

You have to get there first. There are cheaters in the lower ranks making their way to the higher ranks. This article doesn't even address the pitching only cheat which I think is way more prevalent.

Don't listen to these people on here. This is part of the reason cheating is so bad. It is bad in every online video game. That being said I haven't thought I lost to a cheater in probably 90% of my games. That doesn't mean it isn't a huge problem in the gaming industry because it is. Looking forward to playing GTA 6 single player where I don't have to worry about this [censored] especially in shooters where it is really prevalent.

What is the deal with the WS leaderboards and a ton of people with 0-2 losses out of a bunch of games hitting .6-700+.

I just played a guy that scored 6 runs in first. Called him out and he magically couldn't score any more.

I rarely play so I can even less about losses than before. Just seems awfully sus.

Honestly I've never loved SDS more than I do today.

Good move but I would still like them to address 3rd party hardware. However, since it doesn't affect their dollars I don't see that happening. Don't like YFK but when he says they only take action when it affects their dollars he isn't wrong.

@tripleh-4481_psn yeah I've noticed the forum engagement has dropped off a ton. I know there's typically two drop offs- one at the allstar break, and one at the end of the season and then it fluctuates from there depending on if the game gets tossed in the "Free for +/gamepass" things etc.

That would be my guess and from my understanding, in KC I am 8 driving hours to the nearest server. My understanding is servers are in NW (maybe Washington), California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Chicago and NY. Seems to be an awful lot of elite players around these areas or very close. For instance, Philadelphia is close to NY. My guess is elite players almost always connect to the server close to them. That could easily explain the differences in pitch speeds. I see some crazy all star pitch speeds.

I haven't played much this season. Played a ranked game a few days ago and it was zero fun. My average this season has dropped like 80 points with most of my best players. Been catching up on a lot of movies and TV shows.

I have found in years past that the game plays noticeably worse the more players leave. Usually plays really bad around November. Maybe that is starting earlier this year.
