This franchise is dying everyone can see it. It's about to be All Star weekend and this game has like 500 viewers on Twitch most the time. The game's social media pages are dead outside of people complaining how bad the game is. Overall engagement is down from years past.
Game sucks and is cooked unfortunately, and they have shown they have no interest in listening to the community and fixing things.
Because they're lazy trash devs and this franchise has sadly fallen off a cliff in only a few short years
This is seriously one of the least inspired, laziest games I've ever seen. SDS should be ashamed of themselves. This game is literally a copy paste but with a worse content model and more pay to win.
Their live content team all needs to be fired and hopefully none of them ever work in the video game industry again.
I understand if they wanna keep the sweats from hitting bosses in the first week but come on SDS, use your brains for once. There's 3 weeks left till all these s1 cards become basically useless anyways, why are we still capping XP? Especially after TA part 3 takes longer to grind now? Just insanely stupid decisions time and time again from this company.
I havent played in a week, this game is a soulless cash grab with absolutely nothing to get excited about. Who the hell wants to log in tomorrow to grind for some cards that expire in literally a month? Not to mention all these cards are the same players we've been grinding for for years now.
This content model is so goddamn stupid, they ignored all community feedback and sold out. Now they have a dying franchise. Idiots.
White Sox fan here (sadly). Yes we're the red headed stepchild of the MLB. Really wish they could get a Podsednik, Jermaine Dye, Magglio, Crede, AJ anyone man. We suck so bad in real life too lol at least let me remember some of the good old days. Its honestly ridiculous how much they only focus on like 3 teams.

yeah, its doesn't work. Played an entire mini seasons using only TA2 pitchers, and got no credit for those packs at all.
They probably did this as a stealth nerf to make people earn less packs. They wanted to nerf the amount of packs people were getting for these missions so this is how they're doing it without explicity removing the challenge. "oops its bugged and we're not gonna fix it"

Can confirm the IP mission is bugged and not tracking TA2 cards for it. The 40 hits one appears to be tracking correctly. Doubt they'll be in any rush to fix this either rofl

I used Meyer and its not counting for the 25 IP challenge for the 10 packs. Is this a bug? It just says Season 1 TA players, doesnt say you can only use chapter 1. Should be able to use both but its not tracking

those are all the hidden rewards on this entire giant 15 stronghold map. honestly pathetic. not even worth doing the map tbh. the BIAH is on the dodgers stronghold for anyone that wants to get that and skip the rest of the BS.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm actually looking forward to grinding TA 2, Events, BR, and ranked! Then laugh when I finally unlock Story, Billy, and Aurilia! As those cards will not make my team at all!

People are soon gonna realize how bad the main XP path really is. 535k xp for a 89 Trevor Story while theres gonna be 95s-96s in the shop and 93 TA cards when most people even reach that amount lol

Same, hoping EA doesnt ruin it too much.Dynasty mode should be good enough to not have to care about any ultimate team mode in that game
