Just out of curiosity I looked at your profile of your last 10 games

Lost 4-2
Lost 0-0 (freeze off or quit)
Won 6-0
Won 1-0
Won 3-0
Lost 3-2
Won 3-1
Won 4-1
Won 7-1
Won 9-0

Did that 4-2 loss really tilt you that much? I think many would be very happy with winning 7 out of 10 (or 7 out of 9 if you discount the 0-0 game). In those 7 wins you outscored your opponents 33-3. Yeah, it sure seems like the game is treating you badly. If the game does not reward stick skills are all your wins predetermined by the CPU or were they simply luck?

In most of those games, it was also favoring the opponent as well. It’s just bs you have to play harder and better just to make it even. Most players that I’ve talked to in my messages agree the game is just a wash, and you can say “top players overcome it” or whatever but top players literally do nothing but play this game. I wouldn’t expect them too fail when it’s all they do.

Ah yes, it's always the opponent that gets most of the luck, you have to grind it out because MLB hates you, but everyone else gets silver platters I guess.

Well eatyum I was done after this year, but after today I’m calling it early. I don’t care if you believe me or not, only way to believe me is when I stop popping up. Once I go to bed that’s it, forever done with the game and forum.

No more uphill battles every game. No more 14 good swings and only 3 land for hits. No more perfect releases down the middle. Thought I’d at least drop this game by new year, but no it’s complete dog when the rng favors someone the entire game. Hope y’all enjoy it. “ Stick skills reign supreme!” Biggest blue I ever heard.

Yeah! It would be fun to get good swings with him just for them to be weak flyouts!

Worst thing is the good swings being terrible. Just had an event game on 3 balls engulfed by the pci and they’re just flyouts. Glad it’s my last year playing this.

EDIT: I’ll trade Rollins, Cutch, and all the lightning MA cards for RF Donaldson.

While we’re at it fix the good swings being majority outs!

It’s just the game. They didn’t put much effort in catchers. Sometimes you’ll find your catcher completely missing a pitch even though it’s very catchable.

Isn't that why they have a stat called 'Passed ball" instead of "Wild pitch".

Well eatyum when your catcher jumps out of the way of a ball just out of the strike zone, it’s neither. Just very terrible animations.

I think that's mostly user. I'm not doing nearly as good with him as a lot of other cards either. 99.99% my fault.

He showed the difference between him using the pci like a bat; so he is swinging up at the ball, opposed to just having the ball hit the middle of your pci. He definitely got better results with the former.
It didn’t work for me, but as I stated, I’m not a great hitter. I can hit a hard foul into the infield stands with a dead center fastball P/P though.

I mean all in all the pci is random. Just yesterday I hit a hanger with Jimmie foxx for a weak flyout, dead middle and early side of good. It’s just rng but man it’s one sided most times.

Don’t know if it’s me facing degrom but I’ve had about 5 good swings dead middle pci result in a negative launch angle. Now if I was on top of it or the ball is under the pci a bit then sure that makes sense. But dead middle?
