This is a huge headache, I’m constantly wrestling with this problem. I can’t find an answer for it anywhere. Is there really no way to set your lineups and rotation and keep them that way without computer interference? In my experience, changing the setting to manual is just an illusion. It does nothing to stop the computer from changing things. Im having a tough time understanding the purpose of giving you the manual option if the computer still sets your lineup and rotation for you. Can anyone explain this, or is this just the developers being rude and lying to users for fun?

How can i set a lineup and keep it throughout a season when simulating? What exactly is the point of setting my lineups to manual if the computer still has control over my lineup? I just want to set my lineup on the lineup screen and have it never, ever change over the course of a season. Seems like that should be an easy thing for the developers to do. I understand making changes occasionally when players are fatigued, but why cant the lineup screen stay the same?
