So This is my second year ever playing mlb the show, I had Xbox all my life and with it recently coming to Xbox and me playing college baseball I took a look at it. Having a next gen console as well as a monitor has helped me stay consistent and gotten to the point where I’ve bettered my play. I’m currently sitting top 40 in World Series division and I was wondering what all the World Series ring icons are for I know the World Series ring icon 1 is for top 50 but what do 2-8 World Series rings represent, like top 25 and top ten. The second topic is that even with last years freezes and disconnects as well as plenty of server issues why is it still more often than not that this game has issues with freezes and disconnects, it’s really not a good feeling losing 20 points in ranked seasons game before you can even hop in the game. It’s hard enough as it is when playing at such a high level due to the matchmaking basically only finding matches with higher rated opponents but you have to worry about their server disconnecting you or even the game crashing and losing points from that manner too. I’ve had three days in a row where I get disconnected one of the first matches of the day in ranked seasons and lose 15 to 20 points. At this point I’m prepared an have tried measures such as restarting the console before games as well as trying other consoles but something just isn’t right.

It was happening to me too bro , I spoke with my internet provider and my internet was great but they said they’re might be miscommunication from my modem to router.so I got a new router for free and it so far has fixed the problem

My router is a wifi 6 mesh system brand new. Night have to get a new modem. Thanks

Did you end up getting a new router and did the problem get fixed ?

Quick question for the Community: Have any of you received this error while trying to play any mode in DD the last couple of hours? I have tried to play vs. the CPU, I have tried Extra Innings, and the Forever Event for a total of about 7 attempts at games over the last 2 hours or so and each time dead smack in the middle of the contest the SDS server kicks me off and gives me this error message...and event games, it of course has cost me a loss. And yes, I have top-of-the-line wi-fi and it and all my other devices are working perfectly.

I’ve been having this problem since the new battle royale program dropped, I haven’t been able to stay connected to a game I created a ticket and they told me to check with my internet provider but that they’d continue to look into stuff in their side. I checked in with my internet provider and everything was great on my end this is a problem with their servers and they haven’t seemed to learn from last year

I hope you are a bot or employee of SDS. Imagine typing that and feeling like it was an intelligent response or solution for the disconnect issues. I really hope you got paid but was it really worth making yourself look like you're incapable of having a intelligent discussion? Go buy it at Walmart and it will work right? Will it work as well as the game performed at the content creator tournament or did they not have Walmart sourced discs?

I have both versions so I can confirm it doesn’t do anything, and it’s not a matter of my console cause I have 2 with separate accounts. It’s not a matter of my internet as I’ve just gotten everything reset and have gotten a new modem and router due to this very reason. This wasn’t a problem til the recent updates.

I’ve been getting disconnected from the show servers, I have a feeling it’s not on my end as I have 200mb/s internet and I’m connected through Ethernet, I have spoken to my Internet provider and everything is good on that side. I don’t have problems connecting to any other games or staying connected to them, with this being said when I am dropped from the server or get disconnected my internet is totally fine. I don’t know what could be interfering with it as there is very few devices connected to internet around the house and there’s only one other person living in the house. If anybody has recommendations or similar problems with a fix let me know .

This is the third day without a response to the ticket I submitted to me letting sds know I didn't receive any of my preoder bonuses. I would understand if this was a uncommon issue but based off what is shown on the forums this is a common occurring problem through both console platforms. This really sucks as it is harder to compete on diamond dysnaty as without any of the diamond players I'm supposed to have from the preoder bonuses and without the packs that come as part of the bonuses its hard to even have a team half decent to compete online.
