I have 55 inch TV. I sit about 3 feet away and I still can’t see the ball for my life.

It’s seems harder. I’m just starting this year.
Last year we had a whole list of missions. Boss battle games and more missions for winning games online in different modes.
Now it’s just showdown, a few online missions. Conquest and collects which I can’t do because i just started. Showdown is like overwhelming for me.
Am I missing something or is it harder for a 4 day a week player than last year.
I feel like I’ll never get another boss again. Lol

I am 26 and these pitch speeds are WAY to fast. This began last year. Now they decided to make speeds faster and add the outlier quirk. Good thinking.. I also sit a few feet away from a 60 inch tv and still can’t catch up to a fastball over 97.
Plus now it’s harder for the average player to get 300 program stars. No quick selling which helped the 3-5 time a week player. They force you to play that stupid showdown mode, which isn’t easy for bad hitters.
My created player edit doesn’t work.i had to pay for this [censored] game twice because sony messed up after I deleted it one night and I still haven’t got refunded.
I mean what a fail. Just disappointed with that game rn. I now remember why I started playing battle field again.

How about being able to customize your manger in DD.

Most everyone here is a Derek Jeter hater because of his defense.
Any true baseball fan knows what his defense is like. It’s sad that’s the only bad thing that can be said about him. And people say it like they just found something out that nobody else knows
Also. Most good players, in life and game are horrible defensively.
I don’t see a bunch of cr*p being talked about those guys.
People are just jealous that their fan base never had a player as Incredible as Jeter or a better role model or team player.
People that complain about his defense anytime they hear the name Derek, probably didn’t have the pleasure of watching his career like some of us did.

I play 5-8 hours a week. I began playing in the 3rd inning, I kept every card and didn’t lock in ANYTHING, (just in case MO Rivera was an expensive reward).
He ended up not being and when Trout came out I was disappointed so I decided to sell every card I had right after Trout came out to out towards Mantle.
As I did this I told myself I would be avoiding him as I was choosing the stubs over collecting. This made me have about 600k Stubs.
Some time passed. Then during the last flash sale I got every single diamond for Mantle for about 600k.

It’s now a little more than a month later and I’ve just got Trout. With an extra 200k in the bank (not including the 75k from Trout)
This game really just gives you everything. And I’m not even good. It’s really easy to collect cards and Stubs. Maybe even to easy.

That happened to me once. I accidentally bought bob feller last year like that. I question if there should be a prompt now.
However since there isn’t, as i click on an expense card I take a deep breath, relax my muscles, tell myself to “slow down and read” It hasent happen since.

Yeah that’s card look awesome. I can’t wait for it either. 95 control!

Well this made my choice easy. Mantle I’m coming for you

I haven’t played in a week because of this reason
Thru first six outs, I have 4 balls hit 96+mph, with 0 hits.
But the annoying thing is you got Matty V saying things like “That ball is crushed!, but caught by TaTis”. , then “rocket! ,but right to the center fielder”. “We are in the third and still have yet to see a hit in this ballgame” It’s like the game is laughing an belittling you.
And of course my opponent hits the first hard hit ball of the game in the 3rd and it goes out of the park.

1. Line outs are constant, but they are usually STRAIGHT to the fielder. Which is the hard to stomach part
2. If you don’t put to much stock into winning or losing the game is a bit more fun
3. Winning by 1 or 2 runs usually doesn’t mean you played better, it’s just means the game picked you to be the winner lol
4. You guys know the story. Just had to say this.

Since the middle of last year when I started really sucking. I made a rule this year that I couldnt care less how many losses I have or what my record is. And the way this game plays... I have zero shame in quitting early. And don’t blame anyone else for it either.
