It’s out. Great update. Also, found a nice Tatis in the vault.

Since SDS roster updates usually post bi-weekly on Fridays, any ETA on when you would might expect one if it does happen today? Also, does anyone have a good Vault suggestion for a good/realistic version of Tatis? Not waiting until he is reinstated on 4/20 to start my franchise? Also, wondering which roster player to use to import him over?

no idea. it has been down since I tried visiting yesterday. still saying database error. I'd share a screenshot but not sure how to do that within this forum's reply.

Having just watched the Feature premiere on their YouTube channel...I have to applaud SDS. They have done a lot of work to franchise logic, contract structures, roster mechanics, and player progression. So many of these were addressed thoughtfully and they deserve a lot of credit for doing so. Thank you, SDS! Can't wait to play this year's game.

Yes agreed.

In Franchise when moving from Spring Training to the regular season or from regular season to the playoffs, I've never understood why it doesn't have a pop up asking you to select your 26 man roster. This seems like it would be an easy fix to this problem. When everything is set to manual I expect to have total control over every roster move.

At least #2 below got addressed in Show ‘21. It was actually very detailed and helpful.

#1 During the off-season, as CPU teams put players on assignment waivers before the 40-man roster deadline...users gotta be able to submit waiver claims using the Pending Transactions menu, which heretofore is inaccessible.
#2 In-games, when you go to your bullpen and examine available pitchers, the player cards need to either include the Stats tab so you can examine detailed matchup metrics...or at the very least the top-portion of the player card should include Games, Innings Pitched, and WHIP in addition to the Wins, Losses, Saves, ERA, Strikeouts already listed.

Seems the CPU grabs all of the highest rated playoff eligible players from your 40man. Consequently, it remakes key pieces of your minor league lineup/rotation/bullpen, which is problematic if your AA or AAA teams are still in the playoffs. Importantly, it does not appear to burn incremental Player Options for players that get sent down for playoffs but were not moved thus far in the season.
In terms of workaround, within Roster, you can add or remove players from the Playoff Roster the CPU sets, just like you would to send down/call up players. However, if the CPU has backfilled one of your AA players to AAA, you cannot revert that player back to AA. Once advanced into the Playoff home screen menu, there is no more moving players amongst minor league levels . That is a pain.

Even though all Gameplay Mode settings are "Manual", the CPU keeps setting my active 26-man roster for the playoffs as I Advance Day from the last day of the regular season.
Does anyone have any suggestions or workarounds?

Upon completion, they used to post and archive rating changes on ShowNation. This was useful and helpful and I wish they would return it.
I used to modify/edit roster players after starting my season so it was reflective of their most recent ability ratings. -
Agree with #s 1 and 2. Both good suggestions.
#3, you can see opposing pitcher stamina when guessing pitches. not match-up stats though -
The saved minor league stats on their player cards should be do-able since their AAA and AA stats are stored elsewhere. Meanwhile, game logs don't appear anywhere else in the game or existing player card menu but this would be a great enhancement. They have it in NBA2k when you look at player profiles.
