Please turn off online only stat missions from inning programs. People who play offline only need something to achieve and adding a few more stat grinds can help us enjoy this game a little further. I don't see how it can benefit online players as they probably completed them all or their roster wouldn't be improved by gaining any players these lead to.
I would like to see the same for Prestige players as well but I can understand that online players could benefit from it at this point.
I have definitely had bad experiences online in the past that are a major turn off but I don’t have the time to dedicate playing a nine or six inning game without extended pausing. The fun for me is the nostalgia of card collecting and satisfying my need to accomplish missions.
I could turn around and say, “what is the fun of playing online?” The majority of posts are about how “the game is broken”. Ultimately, whether you play online or offline, all we are doing is killing time until next years game comes out and then repeating. There is no real end prize. The year ends and we start over.
Stop trying to force these modes that people hate on us. They should be optional to complete a program (for offline players). Moments are the worst. No one says, "I can't wait for more moments". They say, "I HAVE to do these real quick to get back to playing what I actually enjoy".
If you're going to force showdown on us, you can't let disconnects lead to not getting the runs or failing completely. This has happened to me several times. For a casual player like me, runs are crucial. Maybe I am wrong and just venting because I hate this mode and it is causing me stress that I won't complete a program but I think I have some valid points that SDS needs to hear.
Am I the only one who hates that they’re bringing out all these Prospects and FS? I feel like it’s a waste. These players are guys who may never make an impact at the MLB level and they are major diamond rewards. Whether you are older or younger, people generally don’t know who these guys are even if you are an avid follower of the game. They may as well give us Joe Random and Pepe Alazar. Maybe even pull Reggie Stocker out as a 99 diamond. I would like to see more legends and flashbacks as rewards.
I hate moments. They are boring. As a casual player I can’t complete many of them simply so I would have to play it way too much over and over. I would much rather have a guy in my lineup vs. the CPU and have to get 50 hits than 3 in a game including an XBH. I think they should introduce a season as a spin off of conquest with rewards for accolades and accomplishments.

This was my first reaction. Being an offline player I was actually enjoying the game for a little bit there. It was only a matter of time before they took it away as they have gradually done to offline players since removing grinds.

I kinda quit doing Showdowns after I completed TA1 so I don't have much comment there. To me Moments are a very easy way to gain progress on programs and are the things I always knock out first, so I personally don't really understand the seemingly community-wide hatred for Moments.
I think they should just be gone completely. I will say moments have been easier this year (difficult ones were still beatable) but they are more of a "have to" than "want to". I really enjoy the stat missions. I think they should incorporate more of those. With stat missions you get to play the mode you want while gaining progress. You don't get bored with repeating the difficult moments over and over, you just have a guy in your lineup. For the online players that complain of the repetitive lineups and pitchers, it would force some parity to accomplish those missions.

It is especially terrible in day games at certain stadiums. The Polo Grounds and Comerica come to mind first.
I just beat the Padres on All Star, which was difficult for me. It took a 12th inning miracle and got no credit toward the Street program. There is no point in playing these things when I am not sure they will actually count toward anything.
Stop buying stubs. As soon as their whole means of profit stops they will have no choice but to get it together.
Just find the worst 8 guys possible and call them your bullpen

I believe you can see all available cards in Inventory. You can set filters to see owned or unowned.
They make a functional game that makes money. That is all that matters, If you truly want change there would need to be a huge dip in playing and stub purchasing, mainly stub purchasing. People complain about gameplay constantly but they continue to spend money and fund it.

CAP is dumb and always has been dumb. There are so many players available it’s not even necessary.

I’m gonna say you keep the card but it reverts to the original overall. They pretty much gave it away so it does surprise me that the market value held so high. I’d imagine anyone who was able to sell would’ve and then grabbed one for free. I think people are confused as to whether they get to keep the card or not.
