Still stuck here

I'm still locked in stage 1 as well. Also at 62 of 64 stars in stage 1 with all moments done. They responded to my ticket today around 7pm, saying the issue was resolved. I went and checked but still only have 62 stars and can't do anything to advance to stage 2. Emailed SDS back and told them nothing has been resolved, and was told they would get back to me as they pass this info onto the team and thanks for my patience.

I'm still stuck as well.

I'm having the same issue. Completed every July moment but only have 62 of 64 possible stars. After completing the Judge moment on Wednesday was also given a server disconnect. Shows I completed the moment, but was never given the 2 stars. Unable to advance until SDS responds to my Ticket I sent on Wednesday.
