For DD I’d like to see the option to have 2 set line ups (only using the same 14 players) vs a LHP and one vs RHP. Platooning is still a thing in baseball - this forces managerial decisions, and is more realistic. It also reduces the urge to have the unrealistic all switch hit team. You can’t have an all lefty or all right team because you’re restricted to the same 14 hitters for both lineups

I can handle a few curve balls in the dirt being fouled off, but hitting 450ft bombs with the big red wiffle bat?
How do I know?
Because I hit one in an 0-2 count with Michael Brantley.
Ridiculous.
Isn't contact swing supposed to reduce power by 60%?
Pre championship series games literally play like early Nintendo RBI Baseball.
This, in my opinion, is the worst version of the game I have ever played. Was it a fastball? Because if you make solid contact with a fastball thrown down the middle, on a 0-2 pitch (which is never a good idea) the pitcher supplies the power to a controlled, well-timed contact swing. The ball can definitely fly over the fence in that instance.

With 2 strikes against a 98 mph fastball making solid contact should result in a long drive - the pitcher is providing the power there.

Two things that might need to be tweaked.
It seems like I’m getting thrown out at home with two outs more often than normal.
Running on contact it seems unrealistic.
Also, trying to stretch a double with a normal ground ball hit down the line seems impossible.
My complete wishlist for MLB The Show 25
