Killebrew has been great for me and I play him at 1B.

Heritage is really cool. I like how they recreate old topps card designs with the modern players. I’ll buy one off cards of rookies in that set but they’re mostly in the high number set that releases later in the year.

I’ll organically build the sets of flagship and chrome and will chase one off rookies, autos, and numbered cards.

My favorite baseball card in my collection is a gold Acuna rookie auto numbered to 50 I bought off of eBay his rookie year. My favorite/best pull from a pack was a gold Vlad Jr. chrome rookie auto numbered to 50. I was shocked to see that in a pack.

Just picked up Miggy for 11k. Excited to try him out.

I wasn’t planning on doing the Griffey collection originally but definitely not now that I see his attributes. 125 power is nice but everything else is underwhelming for the amount of stubs likely needed to lock in to get him.

However, I really like the Cano card. With rumors of a conquest map with possibly a hidden HRD pack, do we think the price will drop below 50k? Even if it doesn’t I think that’s a fair price for a 2B with that kind of power and gold fielding. Just thinking if I can save a few stubs in the process.

Cano looks pretty legit I think.

I love Wieters (bias aside). One of my more consistent bats and awesome behind the dish.

I like the Palmer card. I enjoyed using his SS card last year and I figured the Os TA3 would either be him or Brooks. Killer looks legit too as a 1B.

Definitely some fire dropped in the 5th inning program. I don’t love any of the 4th inning bosses and I’m not one to go after the 75 program stars for collecting all three. Do we think the prices of the 4th inning bosses will rise any more?

I’ve been passively doing this and about to have 10 teams to 120 points. I believe I originally saw @bonion mention this but the 72 bronzes work well. I’ll go through and put 3 buy orders in for each player for the rival teams I’m doing the exchange for. Normally 2.5ish rounds of this will get me 50 TA points for less than 5k stubs per exchange.

I had this same idea and it’s a lot of fun so far. I’ve currently got FOTF Buxton, Lofton, Roberts, and just got Mondesi to add in. Also Cutch in RF with good but not 90+ speed. Played a couple games with that squad in Griffith so far and it’s awesome to see that OF just run down everything in the air.

Might have to be an 80+ speed team, maybe Brandon Marsh or a few FS; possibly the new Bellinger too.

Yea I just got Bellinger and gonna stick him at 1B. I have Marsh too but like Cutch better. Working on KeBryan Hayes to put at 3B with 80+ speed then would only be C with low speed. Which seems like Biggio would be the only option there.

I still use FOTF Buxton and still probably my favorite hitter. I haven’t heard a lot of people talking about that card lately but I know everyone was on him early on.

If they don’t want hall of fame then I think they need to reduce the PCI size. I’m not really sure why they decided to make the PCI size bigger in the last hitting patch but I feel like that’s led to even more fouls balls. Even Gallo has a relatively large outer PCI on All Star. And yea the whole check swing system is completely broken. I’ve never seen so many check swings called a ball that blatantly go well more than halfway through the zone.

There ya go. May not be as bad as .265 but certainly worse. I’ve heard a lot of people say he and Matt Chapman are very similar in talent level but their numbers are so different due to their respective home hitting environments.

I wouldn’t say 5 years, 3 definitely. They were a consistent playoff team from 2012-2016. They should have started the rebuild after that 16 season but if they did then Duquette may still be the GM and no one wants that.

I don’t think the O’s love in The Show has been all that disproportionate. Brooks, Murray, Wieters, and Machado typically always have diamond cards and Roberts is a new legend.

I bought Wieters off the market. 80+ power and gold glove defense is enough for me in a catcher. Im tired of Gary missing blocks.

I pulled Scherzer last night so I figured to not push my luck. I just bought Cutch off the market and also Wieters for obvious reasons.

I saw this mentioned the other day but the Chris Davis all star flashback would be cool.
