Yeah, you need to relink your TS account with your console account on the MLBTS website. A lot of people had their accounts unlinked simultaneously.

@KFREDxRATMONKEY did you restart the app on your console homescreen after relinking?

There's a fix in some of the other threads. I would check there. Main issue is that the MLBTS account got unlinked from your console, and you need to relink it.

@GuyIncognito55 are you using your email address or an actual username?

I think it's an issue with accounts being unlinked. I had my Playstation account linked to my MLBTS account here on the website, and then when I went to check again the accounts were unlinked. I had to relink my PS account, and then restart the app on my PS5 for it to give me everything I had back.

After relinking your account, exit the MLB app on your console home screen and then start it up again. Should work after doing so.

Open a support ticket and attach your photo there.

It's not working for everyone.. what a disaster SDS.
