No one has stopped to consider this might be for early access? I know they haven't before maybe this is just to prevent ppl from getting too far ahead before the game releases
I did.

yea I'm seeing this too. I've played the conquest and the showdown and two sets of moments for wbc..and just under 60k XP.. looks about right I hope? it does say 0% for the the wbc showdown which I completed.
Lock is so you dont accidentally collect a card you might want to sell down the line
I have the permanent yellow dot for starter too, I think its because there are more cards I could collect. Seems a bug to me, collection should just recognize itself as finished and never give me a yellow dot again
I noticed two icons in the live series part, one seemed to indicate I have cards that I could collect, present means you can get a reward (i think)
legit. thank you.
player lock will be useful with this new system.
ok weird changes, we'll adapt I guess, but in the meantime can anyone answer these questions regarding collecting this year?
-what do these indicators that can be toggled on or off when looking at this big 39 /Live collection collage, mean/do?
-occasionly I get the option to (lock not collect) what's that?
-i've completed the starter collection and still have a yellow dot indicating I have more to collect? is that an error? also, I didn't get my pack for the bat skins collection here, probably connected.
I'd rather NOT have a limit, but it's not THAT bad and probably done as to keep prices in check. Still plenty of room to make stubbs.
what even is this collections? I'm dumfounded. so bad.
nm figured it out. let's see if we can get this deleted or if I will be granted that privilege
@MrNintendo_MLBTS I honestly haven't even played but like 3 conquest games, I don't think I'd play him out of position
can someone help me figure out how to point at runner I want to engage and press corresponding base button to input direction I want runner to go.
for example, I hit a fly ball, my guy starts to run to first, I immediately flick right stick to the right (engaging said runner) and press triangle to make him round first and head to second without any other inputs. I can then press r1 if I want him to retreat to first.
I got Beltran but none of the packs yet
@Dolenz_PSN right..maybe every TA captain gets their own program to upgrade the card later on. Either way, the content is plentiful so I'm not too worried if it's a lesser TA program.
I bet they add more TA later, can't see them topping at 88s
I still play, just in relaxed mode from bed on tv as opposed to at desk with monitor. hopefully it doesn't throw my timing off too bad for 26 when I go back to monitor.
@BLAISEBLAISE_PSN I for one love the customization of parallels and if you don’t want to deal with it, the default is the old way.
You must have stopped reading my comments to reply as soon as you sensed a slight opposition to the new system. The very next line, I said I'd do exactly what you said you can do, and then I went on to give it praise regarding use later in the cycle.
glad you'll love it, this time of year is the best DD fans, exciting.
love that we get a pitching and hitting captain straight off the bat. love that we get sort by parallel. not too interested in the 57 potential mods for every card, yet. I'll probably just rock the even +1 until I get bored, but I do like the potential for super custom squads. by the end of the year, no team should be exactly the same with all of the customizable options.
Sort by parallel
@Teak2112_MLBTS it's automated. I've heard many say it's not, but I believe it is. When you spend enough time on the market you can see the inaccuracies. a little simple math and common sense will get you to this conclusion.

For every one person that would give you a good review there will be 100 who would give you a bad review even if it’s unwarranted. That’s just how modern humans behave.
unless you had to earn the right to be in the system with good track record of playing unlike a donkey. or like buddy said above, only up votes, no down votes.

You really don't think giving an opponent in a totally anonymous online game the influence to negatively or positively rate his opponent would not lead to abuse?
It's not completely anonymous. the system would have to honor honesty and fairness. Punish abuse of power. It would even out over time.
Ratings given from lower rated users would hold less weight.
Un rated or negatively rated, can't rate, yet.
Highest rated users, on the integrity scale, would matter most.
The system would be self supporting, and eventually, we'd only be playing with fair users.
