Nobody can answer for sure but based on the points system explanation it seems like they believe you are using some cheat or exploit to earn program points faster.

I am not sure how that is even possible in conquest or missions

Well, I received an email from the support staff and they said it was for account sharing/win trading in BR apparently. The funny thing is that I have never played BR in the show 23 and I certainly didn’t give access to my account to get wins in it ,so idk where this came from. I followed up on their email to hopefully get proof of this magical BR game.

100% SAME Exact thing happened to me! Waiting as well my friend

I’ve heard from multiple people who were also banned on twitter. And we all shared emails they were word for word the same. All got identical responses same sender all banned around the same time and recieved emails around the same time. My original ban was 2 years which magically decreased to 90 days a few hours later. I’ve heard some people getting them reduced down to 2 days

Was yours changed to 2 days? Or still at 90

I’m guessing still 90, I couldn’t reliably make the screen with the time come up. But mine did start at 2 years as well.

Did you happen to sim/quit out of a bunch of Mini Seasons games?

Haven’t played one game. Mostly conquests and missions.
