Now I have the MLBTS login option, and it's showing linked to my PSN account.

Those of us who have both an Xbox and a Playstation would like to be able to play on either platform, with the progress shared across both. In order to do that, you have to link your PSN account with the Xbox Live account. The issue is - if the accounts weren't linked in a specific way - you would lose all of the progress you'd made so far. For most of us, that progress is shown on the MLBTS account, but not on either console. The PSN and XBox accounts are linked to each other, but not to the MLB The Show website account. And there doesn't appear to be any way to unlink the two console accounts, in order to link them to the web site.

I havenât been able to find an option to unlink those accounts.I just logged on using my PSN and Xbox accounts, and yep, those still show as connected. And, no way to unlink them.
I really want to play, but I don't want to advance anything in the "broken" state and have it wiped out if/when they are able to recover my previous progress.
Although it would be very irritating, I wouldn't have a serious issue with starting over progress/mission-wise IF I could get my pre-order bonuses back AND the stubs that I purchased on PSN. Of course, I'd much rather pick up from where I left off before Tuesday.

Can't stress this enough. I returned my Xbox copy over this horrid experience, but I still have my Xbox linked. When I linked all three I too saw zip logging back in. Just log into theshow.com. Then Unlink the platform you are primarily playing on. Then go into that console. Link again from the console. Should prompt you to go to a address, and then use the link code. When it prompts you LOOK AT WHICH ONE IS THE PRIMARY YOUR ARE NOW LINKING (Its will show a icon for the PC Theshow.com and then another for the console you just used. CHOOSE YOUR CONSOLE ONE.
I did that, and everything was back. For the record, my son is still playing. I still think I should have returned both. I would rather go back to MLB 20.
When I attempt to link with the console one - haven't tried with the Web one - I get an error about "Platform Exclusivity" and nothing happens.

Many of you say you can view your inventory on theshownation.com just not in game (PS, XBOX).
Is this the case for all of you? My lost pre-order content doesn't appear on the system (Xbox) or on theshownation. However when I look at my "Order History" on the Microsoft Store, I see my Jackie Robinson Bundle voucher. But in game all this disappeared as of last Saturday.
I see my stuff on the website (logged in with my Show account) - but I pre-ordered on the PS5, and was playing there before Tuesday. On Tuesday, when I added the game on XBox via GamePass and tried to link my Xbox account, that's when all my troubles started.
The FAQ Says:
IF YOU CHOOSE MLBWEB, YOUR PROGRESS WILL START AT ZERO, EVEN IF YOU HAVE A PLATFORM WITH PROGRESS.- This is because your MLBWEB account is new and has no progress. If youâd like to keep progress that is already made on a specific platform (PS or Xbox), please choose said platform.
Except -- my MLBWEB account isn't new, and HAS progress. Which makes me think if I choose that, it could possibly restore my data. But I don't want to take that chance.

Seems like another option would be to see their server time stamps and out data, stubs, collection books etc. Then have us erase/unlink/clear start over whatever you want to call it and have us start from scratch. Then award us back the items we've earned or in case of pre-order bonus, give them back.
I see it could be an issue deleting everyone's accounts and starting over as those that paid for the FULL BLOWN expensive version would feel cheatd that every gets those rewards too, I don't want anything I didn't pay for, but I'd rather not loose the things I did and also the progress I've made.
I bought the middle of the road pre-order PS5 version (if that matters).
On PS4 all my collection and items are showing up, currently it shows I have around 40,000 stubs from playing, would be nice to not loose those stubs along with the items in my collection book.
Are your stubs and collection showing in the marketplace through the website? I see stuff on my PS4, nothing on PS5 or XBOX and nothing on the website.
My Stubs and collection that I accumulated before Tuesday are showing on the website. Nothing on PS4 or PS5 or XBOX. I am logged in with my MLBTS account to see this.
On the Show Account Dashboard - under Link Accounts:
The Show - Connected (Current Session)
PSN - Not Connected
XBOX - Not ConnectedPrior to this morning (when I assume they attempted to fix or did a partial fix) the PSN and XBOX were connected and The Show account was Not Connected.
Same thing for me. And the response to my ticket was a convoluted "here's how to link your accounts" message. Trying to connect an account gives me an error about platform exclusivity.
