It was a problem in 22, and it still is in 24. If you make a full team of custom players, at least one will have a hair color mix up during a game, normally swapping hair color with another created player. It also happens with skin color sometimes (which is even worse). This may sound weird, but I was making a celebrity team and decided to make Andy Reid (Chiefs Head Coach). When I put him in game, his moustache was blue. How has this not been fixed for 3 years SDS please do something if possible. I've heard others with the same issue.

Turns out it's with all missions, not just DD, it tried storylines, that didn't work either. So far, RTTS has been fine, online exhibition, home run derby are both good. Just the missions are broken for me, making DD, and Storylines unplayable.

@GravesXI yeah, honestly, if anyone has a 99 created player, it's not the game's fault, it's theirs. They need to to touch grass, not have the game take it away.

I get it in a way, but why? What's wrong?

Every time I try the tutorial, it crashes. This needs to be fixed. Thankfully, everything else works so far.
