Complete fielding system failure

I was playing M2O and reached the world series. In the second game of the series some weird things happened. The first few innings went fine, but then in the 8th inning I was unable to move my catcher to the ball after a wild pitch. Then, the next batter bunted and the third baseman waited a while before picking up the ball. Ok, fine, up 2-0 I went into the ninth inning.

Since I was aware of the bugs I videoed the next occurrences. This video can be found here https://youtu.be/6-t1T4kImaw . In the first play the left fielder just missed a running catch, after which I couldn't give any user inputs. The fielder wouldn't move and I could not switch to the center fielder. This resulted in a 2-run inside the park homerun. I went up 3-2 in the 10th, and then the second play happened. A pop up in the infield and I could not get any fielder to run towards the ball. What would've been an easy out resulted in a double. Then, after a legitimate single to left field, the catcher did not make a proper tag, leaving the game to be tied again.

I know about (and have experienced) weird fly ball animations, but I've never experienced this before. Half of the plays worked fine, but at the end i couldn't make an out in the field because the fielders just didn't want to do anything. Has anyone else gotten this type of bug?
