How do I redeem Monthly Awards vouchers?

I completed both Corbin and Anderson in monthly awards. I got no sell Monthly Awards vouchers for each but cannot find anywhere to redeem them. It says “redeem in monthly awards program” but there’s no way I can find to do so. Help is appreciated, thanks.

Go to the collect tab, then to the programs tile, then down to monthly awards.
Stage 2 and stage 3 will each have an option under missions for you to redeem the vouchers.
