Unexpected TA points...

During Stage 1, I reached the 70 pt TA limit with the White Sox. I presumably would have gotten a lot more points for innings missions if we could save points beyond 70. But I knew those points wouldn’t carry over, so no biggie.
So yesterday, like everyone else, I was at 0/50 on Stage 2. I started a new MtO on Veteran and just reached the playoffs. I got +11 TA points at the all-star break and then just got +11 at the end of the season. I haven’t played a postseason game yet.
I just checked my TA progress and I’m at 44/50 for stage 2..... how is that possible??? I haven’t completed any of the new stage 2 missions, nor have i completed any of the Stage 1 innings missions since yesterday. I haven’t done showdown in the last 24 hours that i can remember either.
I’m wondering if SDS decided to give us the TA points that we earned beyond the 70 allowed in stage 1? That’s the only thing I can figure. I played the entire US Conquest map with an almost all-Sox lineup (and almost all my RS games have used at least 3 or 4 sox), so I must have repeated the Stage 1 innings missions several times.
Did anyone else wake up to bonus TA points this morning?
