Wow.
I was preparing for TA2 and had loaded up 49900+ in the exchanges for several teams so I could quickly add one player and complete the set.
When I sign in Friday TA2 exchange is reset to 0/50000 on every team.
I wasted thousands in stubs for several different teams.
Same is true for total innings with team players and online innings played. I had worked up to 245/250 innings and 145/150 online innings for several teams and those are all reset to zero as well. HOURS of wasted time building up this innings only to see them all disappear.
This sours the entire game experience for me.
If none of that was going to carry forward it should have locked out once you completed phase one.
If it is repeatable, why reset it?

I feel bad for you, but I still think you should've expected there to be entirely new missions. They even announced it as TA "Stage 2" so it would logically follow that there would be new missions.

I have not had that issue, all of my innings are still there. Send a message to SDS.

But repeatable innings and exchanges resetting?
If phase two was listed as starting over at zero maybe it would make more sense, but counting on up 80-120 sure makes it seem like a continuation.

Are they in stage 2 or still on stage 1. Are they there for teams where you already had 70/70?
