Errors Still preventing me from playing

I have reached out to The Show multiple times and still have not found a resolution for what is happening with match making. I am still getting the “challenge failed: the game server closed your game session.” Followed by “Error: the game server closed your game session.” It is ridiculous anything requiring matchmaking I can’t play. It has to be a big, as every other game I have works and so does evil at online play not in diamond dynasty. I am at a loss with what to do; I am getting left in the dust with rewards and programs. It’s unreal.
