These Future Star cards are just variations of Pepe on different teams. Nolan Gorman at single A last year had a slash line of .248/.326.439. That lead him to getting a 95 overall card with far better attributes than HoFer Eddie Mathews. These might have been ok being released in September/October, but in April it is a game ruining joke.
Well said. I’m all for new cards, but all these future stars being released in April literally make all live series cards outside of Trout unusable only one month into the game. Pretty absurd.

It’s disappointing for sure. But on the bright side at least we are getting this over with and we can hopefully have flashbacks/legends through the rest of the year.
Everyone threw a fit over Adam Jones having a SS card higher than LS Trout last year, but that didn’t turn out to be that big of a deal.

Interesting. My slash line in A ball was .298/.367/.429. That average is higher than my video game average in RS.
