Monthly awards program 55 and up

I have 30 pts in stage 2, yet reward 55 is still locked; anyone else? Intentional (why) or bug?

Yep 25 points per stage is the most that you can earn. Once you earn the card you are done until they release the next one.

Dumb; I understand TA, but April monthly, as in the current one that’s almost over? Why put extra in stage 2(!) if you can’t unlock them all?! Well, that’s an hour I won’t get back

General rule this year is that if the next stage of any Program shows a ? then you probably won't be able to go any further.

It was a good idea in theory but they way they present in game is just confusing.

You have the choice of doing online or offline missions. They have enough points for either way, and as a result have a lot of extra stuff that won’t earn you anything past the 50 points.

Again, good idea that was poorly executed.
