Prospect cards

What are everyones thoughts on prospect cards atm?

Do you think SDS will keep releasing free prospect card packs to keep the prices low? Since i don't think they're in regular packs anymore (to my knowledge anyway).
I have a feeling SDS will release a ton of those type of packs in the affinity part 2 rewards next week

There's a new event coming out in 2 days that says "build a squad with prospect players" that got me thinking now seems like a decent time to invest in some of those cards, i picked up a super cheap prospect team the other day anyway so if the prices go up crazy i'll sell if they don't i'll probably grind the event.

I could also lock in the dozen prospect cards i have for Mackenzie Gore and Carlsen i just don't think its worth it as i want stubs for finishing LS collection first.(NYY, HOU, LAA to go)
But then again LS cards should be falling over time while prospect cards may go up if SDS don't release prospect packs..... I'm so torn on what to do

This is my problem, I'm pushing to get as many collections done as I can before the stub sale. The rewards for the first event were so bad I'm not holding my breath for the next rewards. If they are worthwhile I'll catch the event after.

Also there's already 30 Gold Prospect cards in the Team Affinities that I think I could put together at least a serviceable team with if I really had to. I'm not investing in prospect cards but also not selling the few sellable ones I have atm. If freebies get released those cards will plummet, if they don't they'll sky rocket. Hard to predict this one

I willing to bet there will be some kind of prospect player pack released so everyone can play the event

I’m curious to see the event team requirements. Are they out? There are very few relief prospects available. I bet they have an age requirement in the cards.
