Why does it seem every year that the 99 Randy Johnson is behind a pay wall costing millions of stubs. Always either Ranked, a collection, extreme or given away way to late in the game cycle. They motto seems to be give away crappy versions for free and highway robbery for the elite versions

It’s not greed. It’s that having Randy too accessible hurts the game. No one wants to face him every single time they load up Ranked. I also think that’s why they waited until now to release his high diamond.
