Honestly, no. The input lag in this game is still going to be horrendous unfortunately. But it should help at least a bit with hitting.

144hz has no impact on PS4 games. So unless you have a purpose other than that, You may as well just get a higher quality 60hz Monitor

But PS5 will apparently support 144hz refresh rate. Might be wise to pay a bit more and have one last for more than 1yr
