What an absolute joke. Update 15 is a complete slap in the face to roster creators and anyone who actually cares about realism in this game.I just audited the new roster, and they did absolutely zero gear changes. Justin Crawford is wearing the exact same generic, incorrect trash as before the patch.SDS clearly thinks 'player likeness' stops at the chin. They can spend weeks updating hair and face scans, but they can't take two seconds to change a wristband color or assign the right bat brand? It proves the support desk is completely ignoring our feedback tickets and Manny is just sending us automated template responses.We’ve given them the exact real-world layouts on a silver platter and they completely ignored it. Stop letting them off the hook. Flood this thread with the gear edits they completely blew off so we can make this disaster impossible for the devs to ignore."

We waited weeks for Update 15 just to get a handful of face models while the actual player gear remains completely broken.It is pure laziness that SDS can tweak a pitcher's release point but can’t spend 30 seconds fixing Justin Crawford’s equipment layout. We did all the heavy lifting for them, mapped out the exact real-world brands and colors, and they flat-out ignored it.The support desk is completely useless. Manny and the rest of the ticket team are clearly just deleting our feedback and collecting a paycheck. This is a $70 game and they are treating it like a mobile app.Do not let this thread drop. Keep spamming the forum and the bug reporter until these developers actually look at the equipment data fields. What is the most frustrating gear omission you guys are seeing right now?"

Let’s call this what it actually is: absolute, unadulterated laziness. SDS should be embarrassed. We literally did their entire jobs for them, handed them the exact real-world gear layouts for Crawford, Harper, and Turner on a silver platter, and these developers couldn't even find the energy to click a few data fields.And don’t even get me started on Manny and the support desk. That entire department is a complete joke and a black hole for feedback. They send out their pathetic, generic canned emails just to pad their ticket-closing stats while actively ignoring the community.They charge $70 for a roster update every year and then treat the players who actually care about realism like trash. Stop kissing their boots. Keep spamming the bug reporter and keep this thread locked at the top until these devs are forced to actually do the bare minimum work we already laid out for them."

It's up to the players if they want to have the face scan, SDS can't force them and there are more needs than just gear for the players, people want better servers and no shrinkage on pitches amongst other things

I'm going to wait and see if any of our equipment requests make it into Game Update 16 instead.Thanks again to everyone. Wow, 18.9k views and 83 replies! I really hope in the next likeliness update they atleast do some of my changes I requested. Nothing would make me happier. Thanks to all the people who have supported this forum. Please if you have any players you would like me to look up drop a comment thank you!

I submitted these changes a month ago only to find out in update 15 they didn’t do any of the necessary changes that needed to be done. A lot of players gear in this game is outdated and has not been updated in 4 or 5 years. I was upset because they lied to me when they told me they passed my changes on to the people at San Diego studios that handle these changes. I really hope in update 16 they make up for it by making these necessary likeliness updates to these players who desperately deserve them and need them after many years of having the same gear. The purpose of this forum is so that San Diego Studios makes the gear changes to these players in the game that match the gear the wear on the field in real life thats what im going for with this forum. Again thank to all the players out there that have supported this forum since the beginning and also those players who want realism brought to MLB The Show 26!
