@go4stros25_PSN At least with the Klarna thing, while they were still on camera, unless someone recognized them, they likely got away with it, because they never used their real names. With Chase, they were on camera, in their own accounts. How on Earth a single person thought that they would get away with that, much less thousands of people, truly is a statement on our educational (or lack thereof) system.

@mietha_PSN the klarna thing was worse imo becauze they were running up debt in other regular peoples name. Stealing 30k from chase bank doesnt hurt as much as taking out a 10k loan by using a random person identity.
Imagine being a single mom barely getting by on 50k/year and some person across the country takes out 10k in your name to buy jewelery amd clothes.
