How'd everyone do in weekend classic?

I keep the cards until a few days before the next WC and then sell. Make quite a bit of stubs doing that.
I am 6-1 right now and third overall at 922. I am not sure if I should make a run towards a 1000 or stay still. I want to finish in the middle of top ten for the guaranteed chase card but not sure if I have enough points to stay there until tomorrow. I am not playing great either right now.

Silver 2 I’m 5-1 only lost cuz my house lost power for 2 seconds while I was winning. Games been great. I’m gonna go for the gold division next classic.

@iBonafideScrub__PSN that’s fair my goal atm has been flipping my way up to that new griffy card. Had 53k after weekend classic flipped up to 131k last night could have him by tonight. Always rly good with griffy cards just such a nice swing.

I haven’t really played ranked due to the state of the game. But I’m looking at the bronze 2 leaderboard, there are plenty of players that don’t belong in this division. I’m seeing guys in the 600’s that are just playing in it. So once again SDS can’t stop people from sand bagging and dropping from the higher rating to play lesser competition.
I dont understand why they would sandbags to a lower division. Aren't the reward better in the higher division?
Or do they still get the higher division rewards; even though they play in a lower division?

Although I’ve been rather pessimistic lately about 26, I will say, my 4th Weekend Classic game was one of the most electric games I’ve played in a long time.
Despite some warping pitches for both sides, my opponent and I had an amazing back and forth game that led to a 10-9 victory for me to hit 4-0 in the Gold 2 division
Looking to go 6-0 later tonight

True I only find the rewards worth it gold and above. Really Gold II and above. Pretty point less to player lower unless you want a play a ton of games on all-star and get up to the 1000 icon and card. -
@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN they are better on the higher difficulties. It doesn't makes any sense to get into a lower bracket

I went 6-0 in the last one but didn't play one game of this one cause of the cheating. Just played some conquest and moments. I think I got like one 85 overall diamond for my troubles. I think it was Jeremy Pena

In silver 1 and went 6-0. Really didnt feel like playing the last 2 games but figured why not for a chance at 6-0 and Yordan. I nearly choked away the last game, but ended up getting the win after scoring 2 runs in the bottom of the 8th on 2 wild pitches to win by 1 lol

Finished 3 and 3. Felt like I was playing under water. Oh and I didnt get one single home game. So probably on some crappy servers. Its literally the luck of the draw how the game plays for you..

Mission accomplished. Hit 6-0 but no good pulls from my Live Series or Chase packs
Still a nice chunk of stubs and overall? Can’t believe it but I enjoyed those 6 weekend classic games. No shenanigans outside of a few warping pitches in game 4

@Ditka06_MLBTS to get a feel for the connection and if you’re the home team, when you’re on the screen to choose your starting pitcher, scroll through the rotation
Meaning, when you start scrolling with the d-pad arrows…is there noticeable input lag? If yes, you’re likely the away team on a bad connection.
If no input lag or hardly any, odds are you’re the home team

5-1 gold 2 , would have been 6-0 but ran into what I suspect is a script user pitching impossibly well with Eduardo Rodriguez. There is a post about that someone else made if you want to read it. Other than that game I had a blast, great games with back and forth and everyone I played was right at my skill level. Every game I had a chance to win and so did my opponent

Agree and I get it.. ridiculous that our online experience is still dictated heavily on the connection we have with our opponents. Can we please get some type of ping or connection indicator? I believe this was a thing back in 15 or 16

@doobiebross66-72_PSN the servers are absolutely trash. Some people are playing a completely different game connection wise than others alot of the time. This game needs an over haul
