I agree. You should be able to make WS playing on any difficulty and match make based on difficulty chosen independent of difficulty. In this way, you can play at whatever difficulty is more fun. Maybe with the ability to earn more points with a higher difficulty win. If it’s about competition it won’t matter the difficulty as long as it is the same as the opponent and equal playing ground.

Yes, because it makes it more accessible to more people and you will be playing on veteran vs a higher caliber player AND playing on veteran won’t yield as many pts in a win so it will take longer.

If a player A beats player B it isn’t determined by difficulty level. If player A loses to player B it will happen on Veteran or Legend difficulty

It's the highest level in the game.. it's not supposed to be accessible to "more people" no higher caliber player is going to sit and play the game on veteran.. This is a really bad take

Disagree if the rewards were properly attributed to a particular difficulty. Veteran WS? Rewards appropriate to that difficulty (read: low). Legend WS? Rewards appropriate to that difficulty (read: high).

You shouldn't be able to get to world series on veteran or all star, I hadn't thought about that, but there has to be some way to make it doable.
I'm thinking more about you guys, I'll never be good enough to get to 700 consistently.

That said, people like you need to get off your high horse thinking your sh!t don't stink. It's the casuals and average who pay for this game to exist in the first place since they make up 90% of the user base. Keep trying to alienate that group and see what that does to this game.

When did anyone determine what it is supposed to be. The best will still be the best and go high. Weak players are weak and will not. By making the different difficulty yield different points. The best player who can enjoy and be successful at highest difficulties will get. WS quickly. However players like me who are decent and could play at the higher level but get NO enjoyment from the game at certain.l levels don’t have to torture themselves.
Also it will allow you to play with different teams. If you are hella good you can go down to a lower level with a [censored] team to burn affinity pts

Nothing is being handed. You have to beat an opponent at a harder level. Why should guys with monitors and sick internet be given WS because those advantages are real.
You still have to win. You can now have fun and play the game for enjoyment and competition

So if you played the best player in this game on veteran would you win or lose. If you played the game against the worst player on veteran would you win or lose?
What player would you play against where to difficulty level would determine who wins or loses. The only difference imo is the score. Yes on Vet you may have a 10-7 win vs other levels 4-3

correct. And they could keep playing there. That’s their choice if they enjoy that. They may not enjoy it the same if they played on a big screen TV or weaker internet. But that’s not their fault. Let people play and enjoy the game where they want. It doesn’t have to be played how an elitist group of pricks who use the game to make them feel better about their poor high schools baseball careers want it to be played.It’s ok Billy your WS achievement is still special even if others get there.
