CPU pitcher usage in 3 inning game

One thing i should have complained more in 25 is this topic
Its insanely stupid to pull the starter after 3 or 4 batters. This was completely fine in past years, so why this change?
They also do FAR too many mid inning pitching changes in general. I can understand playing lefty/righty matchups in a 0 or 1 run game, but the degree they do it is to a level you would never see in the MLB.

Regardless, the way it was done in previous years just felt far better. I'm fine with bringing the closer in for a tie game in the 3rd as a change, but the rest of it should be reverted.
