CPU hitters chase rate

I think that hitters need to chase splitters in the dirt more than they do now . I never get chases , i think thats unrealistic specially after a perfect fastball at the bottom . I'm not saying to chase all of them , but never ?

CPU gameplay is odd. Hall of Fame is supposed to be difficult, but the amount of meatballs down the pipe is insane. Yeah and the lack of chases is a bit odd.

Okay, so HoF gets the meatballs and veteran gets the dotted strikes, makes perfect sense to me.
