MTO Affinity Points Not Happening

I recently had a power outage while playing and got the message that points wouldn't count when I booted back up. I was only 2 games in so NBD, I deleted the file and started again. I am now into July and have not received any TA points. I emailed support but do not expect a real response. Has anyone been able to play MTO again and get points? Is there something I need to do to fix this? Without TA points MTO becomes pointless.

This. You won't receive points till the AS break and end of the season and each playoff round you make

I thought I was but I'll have to double check. This is the 3rd MTO I am doing and I think I am at a point where I would have midseason points by now.
