Happy to see people are excited and wanting to participate.
First thing, double check your junk folder or if your email categorizes things.
We are rolling out two divisions per day, with AL West and NL Central going out today. So just hold tight.
The team you get is either the team you select in-game or if one isn't available, we randomly assign a team to you.
After Wednesday if you don't get a code, just submit a support ticket and we can look up your code or generate one for you.
On the rewards, the Chase Pack, this is for fans that redeem a code. So if you are a Scouting Report subscriber and you don't get one, just submit a support ticket and we can get that resolve so you get a pack. Codes can be redeemed until Tuesday 11/11 with the Chase Pack being delivered on the 12th.
The Community Rewards will in the Show Shop for ALL players to redeem. More details on that later.

Last year I got the Mets code as a Mets fan every year and this one i checked all folders and received nothing

Mine arrived this morning (my time), so about 90 minutes ago.

I just opened mine and got Walter! I don't know why, but I thought I was getting that card. I looked in my folder couldn't find it and couldn't find it in Manage Roster. Then I read the email and it said I helped reveal it, but it was already revealed on social media (which I don't pay attention to). So, I was a bit disappointed with it. I guess, I'll look forward to Friday to collect my 30+ Finest cards.

@dap1234567890_PSN -- The intent here was to mainly to create a cool way for the community to be involved in the Finest reveals, similar to last year. Sorry it didn't have that effect for you.
Glad you're also looking forward to us all getting our hands on the cards tomorrow in-game. Should be good!

@SDS_JoeK_PSN I like the idea, just think the comms could have been better.
I know the community played a part by not actually reading everything, but I think it could have been more effective if the comms were clearer.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN I do like and appreciate the fan interaction with the e-mail and code thing. I showed up late to this party and --like @NotesOfJohn_MLBTS correctly pointed out-- I didn't read everything in the e-mail. I set myself up for that disappointment I got out of it. That disappointed feeling lasted only a second or two of course and not truly much of a disappointment. I am not one of the cool kids, so one cannot judge what is cool based off my reactions. I get called "weird" by the cool kids because I don't use the social media platforms which is probably another reason why I didn't know exactly what was going on with these reveals. I do look forward to using this Finest Walter and the others later today.

If you still haven't received a Finest email, double check your spam folder. If it's not there, submit a support ticket and the support team can look into it for you.
