Bo Jackson, Jose Canseco, Mike Schmidt, and Roy Campanella. All players commented on, but not in the game. Why? Don’t they have to pay for the reference/likeness?

Also, where is Don Mattingly and Bob Feller. I know Feller had a card earlier this year, where is 99?

You don't need rights just to mention them.

Feller is one of several legends without a 99 yet. The names include players like Gary Carter, Orlando Cepeda, Lou Brock, Ralph Kiner, Dennis Eckersly, Fernando Valenzuela and many others.

Many of us are hoping for some retro finest releases.
