Yu Darvish fans ask the same.I think their is only 5 available buttons to use to select pitch , other remaining buttons are to step off and throw over and such.

Would be nice if they added more pitches for certain players so Velo is less meta and you can start shaping pitches and batter with a guy with 9 pitches. (BUFF 2 SEAMERS PLZ, let them break like sinkers just more horizontal then down or make the running fastball good!) a guy like Greg Maddox would go even crazier if they added more pitches.

If I can comfortably map 40+ abilities for Final Fantasy XIV SDS can find a way to give us a 6th pitch.

Its a matter of balance. Having to track 5 pitches is already hard enough, and if they add another pitch, every endgame pitcher is now gonna have 6 pitches, which will throw off pitching and hitting balance

Yamamoto does.Of course they will give pitchers 6 pitches to make the card more meta. Theyve tried to show restraint with pitchers so far but when .260 hitters can get 125 contact its clear they don't aren't interested with having cards represent the players anymore.
