Pretty sure the reason guys quit out of ranked games is because if they get behind, they just feel like the game will cheat them and not reward them for good input.(Because that's usually the case, ie. Perfect perfect lineouts and opponent getting cheap bloop hits.) So what's the point ? Why waste an hour of your time getting cheated? Pretty sure I'm right on this one. All star difficulty is the worst
-
But if they're already losing...shouldn't the game cheat in their favor...it's always the worse player that wins...

Spoken like a true quitter

Yeah... the game won't let you catch up because it cheats you if you fall behind. And the game cheats you by letting your opponent back into the game with its comeback logic. And it picks winners and losers before the game even starts (because you can tell you're going to lose within the first two batters).
FFS...

If I have some complete BS happen to me early on consecutively I’m out. Even if I’m winning. Just not putting up with it. I’ve played players ranked in the 1100s who have quit after I’ve gotten a couple bs bloop hits then followed with a homer. I get it

Two singles and a home run... complete BS. Never happens. I defy anyone to show me a documented instance of two bloop singles followed by a home run, anywhere, in all of recorded history, because that kind of thing doesn't exist in real life. Just in this game, and when I see it, I quit. So should you.

I never quit. When I am down early I always remind myself that's why baseball is 9 innings anything can happen. Like yesterday evening everything I was hitting was good contact, sometimes perfect-perfect line outs first to mid part of the game and I was getting pretty frustrated. I started to abandon my game plan loss my timing and started to swing at everything got down by 3 runs. The 7th inning I was still down by 3 runs, I decided to be patient again 1st batter an 8 pitch good timed line out, 2nd batter laced a double into left field, 3rd batter a 2 run bomb to make it 3-2. 4th batter a perfect-perfect line out to right center. 5th batter a 6 pitch walk and the my opponent quit. He was still winning with 2 innings still to play. That's why no matter how frustrating this game gets and no matter how many perfect perfect line outs or meatballs down the middle that have good timing and my bat turns into a wet noodle I take the win or loss but with that I also take my XP and PXP progress too.

Wait, if you fall behind it wont let you catch up? But if your opponent falls behind; it let's them catch up?
That makes no sense. Why does it only work for your opponent?
Considering YOU'RE their opponent. So if you fall behind, by your statement, the game will let you catch up.
Kind of contradicted yourself there.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN, that's a bit of tongue-in-cheek, friend... I'm making fun of the post. These complaints run the gamut, and I'm pointing that out.
