5x PXP on Home Runs - Sept 19th - Sept 30th

And of course on twitter people are saying that they will be grinding Lagasa.
Bunch of cheaters.
-
At least I got Daniel Murphy!
Edit: let me rephrase that: as a new legend, not because I use Lagrasa. -
How much pxp is a home run against the cpu normally? It says 100 now but I’m not sure if it’s already adding in. Reason I’m asking is I’ve been using hrdx cards for a few games and I hit a homer with wainwright and im at 255 pxp. Got 7 pa 4 hits and 1 homerun.
-
It only goes 5x for the home run which is 20 points on the lowest difficulty setting normally. The plat appearance, run scored and RBI are 1x still.
-
That’s why it’s not really too much better than double pxp in comparison.
-
I thought home runs were 40

45 total, 15 for PA 5 each for the run and RBI homer is 20.
-
So even at 5x pxp for home runs it’s still only 125. Compared to 45 normally and 90 with double pxp.
Although technically true, it’s a bit underwhelming when it only ends up being 35 points more than during double pxp which they have done a lot this year.

Thank you, SDS, for giving us 5x PXP for every home run we hit.
Now, how about not nerfing exit velocities so we can, in fact, hit homers??
Since this change, I’ve hit exactly two homers in over 6 hours of game play. Lots and lots and lots of exit velocities in the 80’s. Lots and lots and lots of lazy fly balls short of the warning track.
I’ve spent way too many gaming sessions this year with The Show saying out loud, “What have they done to this game?”
Very unrewarding and very frustrating.
(Thanks for listening!!).
