A Lack of planning and adequate communication among the staff at Sony San Diego; it can't be, it's not like it's been going on for years... Oh wait a minute.

Turns out it was a typo or mistake on the ending date.
I think it originally said the 16th but instead runs until the 12th, when the next inning drops.
