I'll never understand these.
I get the pitcher being upset that Devers admired his HR. Shoot it only went about 7 rows deep down the line in Coors. Is it that impressive?
But at that point you have won the at bat. Let the pitcher throw his tantrum and yell at you. Just run the bases with the satisfaction of what you just did. As soon as you slow down or stop and face the pitcher and start shouting at each other then that's when benches clear.
Chapman and Adames could probably face a few games suspension based on what I saw. Chapman was the first to make contact by shoving the pitcher and Adames was right on his heels and very aggressive.
