Question about Difficulty

I read that if you start an MTO in Dynamic and change it in the middle of a run; the rewards lock in at Beginner.

Is that the same if you start in say All-Star and switch to Veteran late in the season.

No. If you start on al star and lower difficulty, it will lower to veteran. I’ve done it several times from Hall if fame to all star
