If I were to make a complaint after todays stream..

It is that bosses are not really bosses anymore. They are no longer special or the must have cards for the inning.
They are 94s.
Vlad Jr is a 95
Harper is a 94
Skubal is a 94
Devin Williams is a 94
Sizemore is a 94
Helsley is a 94
Rice is a 94
Bautista is a 94
Acuna is a 94There are twelve 93 overalls in the game including Pipeline Past and recent Spotlight cards
Boss cards used to feel special now they just feel like another card that will be surpassed in a week or two.

I know this is the most unpopular thing that one can say about this game, but I miss seasons.
Not sets/expiring cards, but seasons.
They were exciting: new conquest, new mini season, new TA round, so much to do
Inning drops lack any juice to them, and it doesn't help that they coincide with weekend classic. Weekend Classic is not remotely for me (I will never enjoy all or nothing modes), and it feels more like the cap of the prior inning and not the start of a new one

None of the cards will be in anyone's team at years end.

And that's fine in my opinion, but will the bosses be in anyone's lineup even at the end of the inning. I am not asking for them to be 99's just that they be among the best cards released during the specific inning program.

I'll probably use Greenberg, the launch card raked, loved using it, and this one with power is probably gonna be really good

@Dolenz_PSN, I agree. They should represent, at least, the end of the creep by the conclusion of that particular inning; we'll probably see 96s and maybe even a 97 by end of the 4th, at this pace, so a boss should be 97 or 98 on that scale (though I'd prefer we go a bit slower with creep, if I had my druthers; regardless, boss cards should be at the top).
-
Think about this too. I don't want to go on a rant about packs or anything but the Spotlight pack introduced more new cards into the game that the entire 4th Inning Path. That does not count the Spotlight program or collection rewards.
I am beginning to see why I have not had a ton of motivation to work my way through the main program path.

SDS, its OK to have a couple free cards higher than chase cards. A team needs far more than just Jeter and Hank

Compare the pack rewards in the spotlight program to the xp path too. The final things on the xp path...two 10k shop packs.
If the ranked path can end with a 50 pack why cant the xp path have something of value too?
As i said before, innings have no juice.

They arent gonna make any free cards as the good ones. They will always be 2nd tier or lower. They pretty much full committed to this strategy unfortunately.
