Kill GOAT

You do realize that you are not forced to play at the GOAT level, right? Especially vs CPU, you have an option and is easily enough to just choose a different difficulty level. Just because you don't like GOAT doesn't mean that it needs to be removed as others may enjoy that level of difficulty. You can play on the difficulty that you like while also allowing others to play on the difficulty levels they like.

@dap1234567890_PSN who enjoys playing on GOAT on diamond dynasty? They sort of force you to play it if you're good enough. It just isn't fun, the timing windows are too small and the exit velo is too nerfed.

@AcesWild614_PSN There are plenty of people who nerf their own records to play on a lower difficulty, so one is still not forced. I understand not wanting to nerf your own record as well. But there are still people who like that level and they should be able to play at that level if they want.

@dap1234567890_PSN that's fair, I could of been more specific. It has it's place in the game but not as it currently stands imo. Up the ranking to +/-1300 in ranked. It is a bit frustrating they nerfed the percentages on diamond quest as well, unless you want to run it multiple times at 60% odds you almost have to try GOAT out, and it's difficult to not crash out on GOAT even on games I win lol. The pitching challenges seem to be a way to balance the quest because I lose 80% of the pitching ones. Bytime I make it to the stadium challenge and play GOAT I'm already irritated.

@AcesWild614_PSN Maybe, if SDS could make GOAT optional for those online in the higher difficulties. Give them an option to play on GOAT or stay at HOF. Maybe that could be a good middle ground? I get the frustration of playing on GOAT, because I don't play in a 1-0 game in a video game that is meant to be fun.

@AcesWild614_PSN I get that, especially with the likes of Clemens and others with outlier and then big speed difference with their offspeed. I totally agree that is not fun. It is challenging, but not necessarily fun for me. I personally rather play for entertainment than for competition.

I personally don't think they nerfed the DQ percentages.
I think it was either giving out bonus percent for success at a higher rate than it was supposed to and they fixed it, or it was giving the bonus too much and they changed it to give the bonus less(which would be a nerf in this case) I think that's why the percents are down, cause we aren't getting the extra as much now -
